REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your Elvie order for any reason, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached.

How to Return
Email us at support@byelvie.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges
Want a different size or colour? We offer free exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Just email us and we'll sort it out.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or full refund immediately — no return needed.

Non-returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn or washed cannot be returned or exchanged.
