How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your DHL tracking number. You can track the status of your package online at any time via the link in the email.

How does the return & exchange process work?

You have a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order, provided the items are: unworn, unused, and in perfect condition, all tags are still attached, and they are in their original packaging. Additionally, for deliveries within the European Union, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Further details can be found in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

How do I initiate a return?

Simply send us an email to info@leevero.com with the following information: Order number, Full name, Item(s) you wish to return, Brief description of the reason (optional, but helps us improve). After reviewing your request, we will send you the return address and further instructions. Unannounced returns cannot be accepted.
